Where are my order coming from?
There are two parts of your purchased items, firstly is the graphic design, and secondly the physical tees and shirt that the designs being printed on.
We buy authorized graphic designs from independent artists from all over the world, and print them on basic tees and shirt in various countries and regions, mostly in China and Vietnam. We own and rent warehouses in multiple regions doing our best to ship your purchased items to you as soon as we can. In this case, your orders with multiple items may be shipped from different locations in separate packages at different times.
Shipping time frame
After you place an order on www.mapletells.com, we need 2 to 5 days to process your order, and the physical delivery take about 7 to 15 business days if you choose the standard shipping, while 3 to 7 business days if you choose expedited shipping, depending on where your shipping address is.
APO, FPO, and DPO addresses
Orders chosen to be shipped by standard shipping can be shipped to these types of addresses while expedited shipping can not. Please keep in mind that our system would not be able to recognize which type of addresses you entered, we will not be responsible for any lost of you choosing expedited shipping method for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.
Tracking
All orders will be provided one or multiple tracking numbers(a notification email will be sent to your email address) as soon as the label is created by our warehouses or facilities. In most cases, the tracking become live within a day after we finished processing your order, however carrier limitations might cause delays. Please rest assured, your order in on the way to reach you soon!
As the recipient it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary document required to the customs or courier, we will not be responsible for any lost if you failed to follow all the requirements customs or courier ask(it is highly recommended that you provided your correct and efficient contact methods that making sure you are reachable).
Shipping cost
Shipping cost will be calculated at the checkout process, it varies depend on a few factors:

* Where the order will be shipped from to to
* If any promotion is applicable
Taxes and custom duties
Customs regulation vary from country to country, while all reasonable steps are taken to comply with world shipping standards, additional customs taxes or duties may apply, or specific items can be prohibited and confiscated by the receiving country.
If you are requested to pay custom duties, please contact service@mapletells.com providing the receipt of the payment, we will cover the 100% amount for you.
Order Cancellation and Changes
* Please send us an email asking to cancel or make changes (style, color, size or shipping address) to your order, to service@mapletells.com.* By successfully canceling your order, we will refund you the price of the cancelled item(s), refund will be made to the original form of payment.
* Changes can be made as long as we have your wanted item in stock, you will have to pay the price difference if it is higher priced than the original item.
